How much do you charge for delivery?
How long does delivery take?
All orders will be processed and shipped on the next business day after the order is received. Parcels will be lodged with Australia Post from Monday to Friday (except public holidays). Depending on your location, please allow 5-10 business days for your order to reach you. If for any reason there may be a slight delay with processing your order you will be contacted as soon as possible to advise.
How do you knock your bats in?
We follow the below hand knocking in process to knock all our bats:
1) Light sand.
2) Oil the bat and let it soak it overnight. Later on, proceed to tap up the bat with a light hammer.
3) Then with a heavy mallet till the bat is knocked to a desired finish.
4) Finally, bone the edges, a finish coat of oil and buff.
What is the expected wait time for customised orders?
This depends upon the products customised, but we advise you to allow a minimum of 2-3 weeks.
How many grains should a bat have?
There are no set rules when it comes to bat grains and their effect on performance. Our opinion is that the more grains, the better the performance but less durability. Bats with wider grains may not play quite as well but they do seem to last longer if prepared properly. A bat with 7-9 straight grains is a good compromise!
Is cricket equipment the only sport that you stock?
Yes, at the moment we dedicate ourselves to cricket 12 months of the year, and stay up-to-date with the changing trends and innovations within the sport. But in long term, we would definitely be stocking equipments/gears for other sports too.
