My husband and I recently joined the practice after being dissatisfied with our local provider. We had come across this practice initially for emergency treatment for an abcess as our dentist couldn't see us. The professionalism and cleanliness of the practice is superb, the receptionists are friendly and helpful and Yasmin our dentist is so wonderful, patient and explains everything and is just a breath of fresh air so to speak. My teeth are not the greatest but I'm pleased that my dentist manages to preserve them the best way possible. Proper advice given and treatment when I have needed it has been given with care and consideration. Really appreciate the patience given and 'no rush' environment. Being given time to actually review my own xrays and discuss treatment options is important to me. Not saying I'm looking forward to my next visit but I don't fear it so I'm good.

I am a very anxious patient and after years of neglecting the health of my teeth and gums I decided to face my demons and attended an appointment. I was treated with respect and understanding and was talked through a very clear plan that was acceptable to me as a way forward. Today was my second visit to see the dentist and I have also now had three visits to the hygienist. All staff and treatments have been excellent and their understanding to my needs and the compassion shown, Without being patronising is commendable. I am so thankful for the care they have shown to me. I would highly recommend them to any nervous patient.

I have not long registered with anele de novo dentist. But the service I have received from all the staff, from the receptionist to the dentist and also the hygienist, has been excellent. Lets all be honest and admit nobody really likes visiting dentists. Sharp pointy things that always seem to find problems you never thought you had.That aside Ajinka Wagh and his dental assistant are probably the most reassuring combination that I have I have visited, as well as the friendly reception staff who in the past have been sympathetic and managed to 'fit me in' quickly when I have had problems.One minor negative. Since I have been visiting the practice I have been seen by no less four different dentists over three / four years which I feel doesn't really establish a good patient relationship, although all were very good dentists. I sincerely hope that Ajinka Wagh doesn't become the fifth.Overall, a good practice and long may it continue.

I had always had a great fear of dentists, with my anxiety stopping me from attending and meaning my oral health suffered. The dentist I have begun to see is absolutely wonderful. She treated me with kindness and respect, offered different types of support and spoke me through a plan for my treatment to make sure I'd be happy with it. Couldn't recommend them enough! I attended Anele de Novo Dental Practice in Beltinge this morning for my first appointment. I was greeted by the lovely reception staff and soon by the Dentist. I was given a very thorough examination and a treatment plan. I have been seen by many Dentist's in my time but I can state that this was a great experience. In my opinion the people of Beltinge and Herne Bay have a great Dental Practice in their local area who are providing the very best of Dental care and treatment. Well Done Team.

My dentist is so gentle and always tells me exactly what a procedure involves before he starts any work. I recently had a crown fitted after I fractured a tooth and the filling he had done failed. I was worried as had not had a crown before but he explained everything step by step and asked if I was okay often throughout the procedure. He is so gentle and I didn’t even feel the numbing injections. I don’t know how he does it without any pain but he does. The nurses are brilliant too and the dental nurse during my crown was being assessed by an assessor from college and I learned later that she had passed and I can 100% say being tested did not change the way she worked around me. It was so hot that day too. My dentist’s initials are AW on my appointment card, I think one of the nurses called him AJ

Having been to the same private dentist for 30 years I was apprehensive. My previous NHS experience had not been good.This practice is first rate from the reception staff to the dental nurses.Ajay was the dentist who treated me. He is very very goodLovely reassuring manner. Plenty of sound advice. He spotted a defect on an xray missed by others. A deep fillingNo.pain financial or otherwise and he used an ultrasonic cleaner to clean my teeth whilst we waited for the anaesthetic to take hold. The dental nurse was excellent too.Absolutely first class service

I have just had an emergency tooth removal that they fit me in for within 40minutes of the start of pain. Can't sing their praises highly enough.

The dentist I saw (forgot to get his name, but he's on the ground floor in the first room on the left) was so kind and professional, explaining everything he was doing. Very friendly staff. I saw Yasmin Tamimi to day she was talking to me all the time. She made me feel really relaxed. She told me how to clean my teeth. And the gums. New patient and first appointment. Staff very polite and friendly. Was seen 10 minutes early and the Dentist (AW?) was extremely polite, friendly and caring. Just had a check up and clean. Cannot fault visit in any way.

Had just a check up today. In and out in no time. Never seen this dentist before although i have been a patiant at this practice for many years. He was consistant with his manner and professionalism although i have to say i miss seeing yasmin on this occasion. Good work thanks.

Had to book last minute as severe toothache.Got an appointment the next day and ended up having to have a wisdom tooth out. Less than 10x minutes, and it was out and no more tooth ache.Staff are always so lovely and welcoming.

Attended appointment 20/6/23.Reception staff were very friendly and polite as always. I was seen on time, and the dentist was very thorough and professional and explained all points relating to the care, now and possible future, along with reccomendation's. Excellent service from start to finish.

I had a filling on my back tooth.I told them I am terrified of dentists but must admit they were so good, and of course numbed the gum, that I felt no pian. Phew !!Definitely recommend them

I’m not a fan of dentist I’m very nervous but todays visit was really lovely my dentist was the lovely Emily who was very calming and I didn’t get the shakes she was very understanding she explained everything she was doing would certainly recommend Anele De Novo dentist all the staff were very pleasant.

Jasmine and the team were super helpful on my teeth whitening procedure and made the whole experience worthwhile. Jasmine is a really thorough dentist and explains everything in detail.Alongside the regular dental services, I also use the hygienist, who is amazingly good compared to others I have used in the past.Great service!

Very friendly staff. I saw Yasmin Tamimi to day she was talking to me all the time. She made me feel really relaxed. She told me how to clean my teeth. And the gums. My husband saw her about a month ago and he was very impressed. He had to have a few false teeth. She made him feel so relaxed. Her staff are also very nice. I would recommend Anele De Nova. We have both been patients there for many yrs now.

As a first time customer (and looking for a second opinion after some unsatisfactory treatment for a painful tooth elsewhere locally) I was absolutely delighted with the expert knowledge and swift remedy/advice which Yazmin offered. I arrived with an ongoing, nagging pain and it's now completely gone following a simple, painless procedure.
