This is definitely an all-purpose seasoning. It's an all-around well-flavored seasoning. I've used it on fish, red and white meat, tomato sauce, stews, and even omelets to add a nice flavor and an aroma. it works wonderfully on every dish. Don't worry about measuring the perfect quantity when cooking, you can't possibly overdo it. there were times when I thought I added too much of this seasoning, but the end result was the same, my dish smelled and tasted great; it didn't take over everything else. This seasoning has become my everyday gem for nearly every meal
