Gallant Insurance has been my insurance company on both my personal property and rental property, as well as my auto insurance for two years now and I love them. Their prices are competitive, they are friendly, and their customer service is phenomenal. I had a claim on my wife's vehicle and they took care of all the back and forth with the other insurance company and made sure my wife and I were taken care of. Great family owned company to be involved with!

I wanted to drop a quick note to you to say that I continue to be impressed by the level of service I receive from Gallant in general and Rich C. specifically. I can email him at any time, any day of the week, without any warning, and not only does he get back to me within hours, often immediately, he takes care of whatever I need asap and communicates clearly while doing it. This Saturday I bought my wife a new Subaru. I could confidently tell the sales guy that 'my insurance guy is great he will take care of it'. Sales guy wasn't too sure since Gallant is not a huge insurance company. Well, the sales guy ended up being very impressed to say the least.
