We worked with Doug for a quote for our foundation stabilization. Explained everything and how it was to happen. My overall experience was a positive one. I had soil erosion under multiple sidewalk slabs, so Helicon assisted with filling the voids to prevent further erosion or collapse. We did have a few bumps along the way, but the professionalism displayed by the Helicon teams reassured me that the I was in good hands!

I had four estimates for our foundation repair. Helicon was the lowest and no damage to the flooring like the other three. Ryan is an outstanding rep. Tanner and his crew were hardworking and experienced. All so very professional. FYI their estimate was lower by more than half than one of the other companies. Very happy with Helicon!

I would like to share my experience working with Helicon. I've never owned a home as old as mine, which was built in 1925, so needless to say, it has presented some challenges. After meeting with Dave Figueroa and hearing his explanation of what was happening to our foundation, I was quite concerned. However, Dave is a complete professional. He explained the process thoroughly and the safeguards that would be put in place.He also kept in contact with us to ensure our satisfaction, and encouraged us to reach out with any questions or needs. Dave is truly an asset to the company, and Helicon as a whole operates with a level of professionalism that sets them apart.

Helicon did a great job of stabilizing the patio around our pool. Ryan and his team arrived on time, injected the stabilizing substance where it was needed, plugged up the injection holes and even returned all the patio furniture to their proper places ! Thank you Helicon!

HellyaICAN!!! Finally - a family owned company w/integrity whom actually cares enough to fight and bend over backwards for your business. I had LRE and Alpha price out jobs for a low crawl space whole house foundation needing to address some lifting and stabilizing which were competitively high and in-line w/the huge markup this industry charges. I had one more foundation co come out who was upfront telling me they'd be even higher - ugh... Had an aptm already w/Helicon, called to cancel bc I assumed they'd fall in line w/the rest and did not want to waste my time or theirs. Guess what, during my conversation w/the sales rep Chris who kindly tried to express they'd work w/me and not to cancel, that it was free, to give them a shot, however I was adamant saying no. Brian the manager followed up, spending an hr on the phone w/me trying to get a grasp of my needs and wants etc, all the while no pressure or sales tactics whatsoever just the specs of the job. I am not a pushover, flipped homes for a living so know all aspects of the industry and I have to say Brian was so compelling and passionate about what they do and assured me that they would do everything in their power to get the pricing and the scope of the job to work. Ended up keeping the aptm w/Chris the next day, can you say, "AMAZING!" I anticipated they'd come back w/a quote that was not in my budget but guess what - Brian and Chris put on their capes becoming superhero's and somehow figured out the best results within a price that was unbelievable. They compromised a lot w/their pricing and I came up a bit to meet them to put the deal together. Another aspect that helped me bite the bullet is they offer 0% financing for 10-12 months which helps fund this. I also have to mention Doug who cared enough to come out w/Chris to assist in the whole process as well. Currently the actual install is scheduled and will do an update or workmanship upon completion. All I can say is, give them a shot and consider they're local and not a corporate nationwide giant that aren't personalized.
