Festive holiday lighting and décor is great, unless it’s not working.
After installation not only do we configure and test everything to ensure it’s running smoothly, but we also implement a comprehensive maintenance plan, ensuring your display remains stunning and operational throughout the season.
Handling the different aspects of maintenance typically involves a systematic approach to address various components of the display.
Here’s the JL difference:
Regular Inspections
Scheduled inspections, as often as each day, to check for any signs of damage, or malfunctioning parts. This includes examining the lights, motifs and wiring the timers and other electronic components, and any moving or interactive parts.
Waterproofing
Ensuring all connections are sealed and tight from both rain water and lawn irrigation systems. This might include waterproof tape, silicone seals between plugs or coaxial connections with watertight “O” rings.
Repair and Replacement
Prompt repair or replacement of any damaged or malfunctioning parts identified during inspections. This could involve fixing wires damaged by small animals, landscaping tools, forces of nature or acts of extreme weather.
Technical Maintenance
Checking and maintaining the functionality of electronic components such as screens, projectors, or interactive features. This might involve software updates, calibration, or troubleshooting technical issues.
Seasonal Adjustments
Making seasonal adjustments to the display to accommodate changes in weather conditions, daylight hours, or promotional themes. For example, adjusting lighting levels or updating content to reflect seasonal promotions.
Emergency Response
Being available to respond within hours to any unexpected issues or emergencies that may arise with the display. This includes having a dedicated support team on call for clients to report problems and receive assistance promptly and in no case will ever be more than 24 hours – including Christmas Day!
