Such a thrill, and I would recommend it to everyone! But, enough about Eoin. The river was absolutely wild and definitely not like your typical theme park ride. There is a real danger, yes, but their guidance throughout is amazing. All possible issues and their solutions are discussed on the ground, so there are no surprises; thankfully, they didn't need to practise these in real life. The guides are super knowledgeable of the river and any possible hazards it may present. There is both a separate person in a rescue raft and a photographer on land, who are both super friendly, so we all felt safe as a movie star. Even though it was raining, I felt super warm in their supplied wetsuit. In fact, I only felt cold getting out of it. So, definitely an all-weather adventure. Don't worry about the rain. I'd much rather have some raindrops on me beforehand than drop into the river dry. Recommend 100%! …

  This was my first time rafting and it was a grade 5 as well. I was so happy to go with this company. The staff were so friendly, cheerful and... read more very knowledgeable. Our guide was Alvis and he was so pleasant to be with. All the H&S stuff is explained before you go, life jackets tightened and if you're worried the water is cold, you can opt for a jacket. When we went we were told the water was a warm 23deg, but I still took a jacket. The water was indeed warm and I would've been fine without it 😂 you have the option to swim down one of the rapids, as well as a bit of swim time in a separate area as well. My first rafting experience was made so great by this company. The team work very hard to ensure a fun experience by all. Thank you. I would highly recommend this.
