“...VERY IRRESPONSIBLE HOST! We paid full amount days ahead of our trip & the host confirmed the stay via Airbnb. On the day when we were about to check-in the host messaged us at 5.30PM to tell us that he had rented out the house for others & asked us to cancel the reservation!! We were left with no place to stay & all places were fully booked because it was so last minute! Thank goodness we knew a distant relative who helped us find a place to stay. (By that time it was already midnight) This is by far the worst experience in AirBnb. Please lodge a complaint to AirBnb if any of you experience this & do not cancel the reservation because it is not your fault.”
