How to be prepared?
✓ Ensure your pet is protected with a broad spectrum flea/tick/heartworm preventative.
✓ Add a Seresto collar for those heavy tick areas like the Cape and Islands.
✓ Make sure Lyme and Leptospirosis vaccines are up to date.
✓ Bring in a fecal sample for parasite tests to ensure no deworming is needed.
When you book an appointment with the Metrovet Veterinary Clinic, you can be sure that your dog or cat will be treated like family. Our animal hospital has a welcoming indoor and outdoor waiting area so you and your pets can feel comfortable while you wait. Our goal is to treat our patients as if they were our own pets.
Upon arrival, each animal is checked in by our dedicated house staff before meeting with the doctor. When it's time for your appointment, you'll meet with a member of our veterinarian staff who will conduct your services. We focus on fear-free appointments, which means everyone you come in contact with is gentle and patient with your pet (and has an endless supply of treats)!

Our Boston, MA veterinary clinic hours are from 8 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday, and from 9 am to 1 pm on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays. Give us a call if you would like to schedule an appointment with a member of our veterinarian staff for a routine, well-being visit, emergency, or other health needs.
