I came across Monster Steamer a few years ago when searching for a new vendor to service the HOA's we manage in the San Diego area. All I can say is, I'm not interested in switching vendors any time soon. Amy is always so so kind and QUICK whenever I contact the office needing anything from regular carpet cleaning services to emergency water extractions. Ludo is incredibly knowledgeable on different products and the best equipment to use on the job. Most importantly to me, Monster steamer is honest and trustworthily. There was an accidental overpayment on a service, but Amy caught the mistake and refunded the amount overpaid.
