He & his crew were exactly on time when it came time for the install of our furnace & central air units. It was Christmas Eve! And (of course)My furnace stopped working and Oasis Heating was able to provide service same day. Erik diagnosed the issue quickly and presented a full analysis of my system so I could make an informed decision about repairs and/or replacement. He was very professional and also very good with my dog. Unfortunately I needed a new furnace, and I honestly couldn't believe that Erik offered to do it THAT NIGHT!!! For NORMAL PRICE! I was astounded by the generosity, and definitely took advantage of it! So I got my furnace completed on Christmas Eve by 11pm that night ( I didn't even call them until 630pm!)Thank you Erik and Oasis Heating for our ‘’little Christmas Miracle” this year!!

I had another HVAC company send a service pro to do two boiler tuneups for my duplex. He immediately said a vent was illegally installed on one, and the other he wouldn’t touch. I was suspicious, because he immediately tried to sell me two new boilers. My home inspector never noticed the ‘illegal’ problem prior to purchase of the house. Nor did previous service professionals who replaced minor components.
Erik from Oasis fixed a minor electrical connection problem and got both boilers ready to go for the 2021 heating season. I inquired about a ballpark estimate for new 95% efficiency boilers. Erik explained that the overall replacement cost would not produce substantial savings. From my experience working in factories, maintaining old equipment (cast iron boilers in my case) is cost effective. Good house insulation also helps. I’ve been happy with my heating costs over recent years.
I appreciate Erik’s honesty and overall evaluation of the economics of maintaining my current system.

I was at a loss what to do when my radiators were not working and had no heat. Erik was referred by a mutual friend and went out of his way to see if the issue could be fixed. Unfortunately it was beyond that point and suggested a higher grade boiler than the one previously installed. I went with his referral and checked his reviews and information on the boiler suggested. We were expecting a very cold snap here in Milwaukee and he and his technicians worked throughout the day and night until the job was completed. They were very professional and considerate throughout the process. He advised me on what maintenance I should follow and considering the new boiler and water heater installed I feel appropriate what the total of the cost and installation came to.
