Yes, we do offer same-day appointments based on availability. We recommend calling early in the day to increase the chances of securing a same-day slot.
You will receive our Health History form via text after making your initial appointment. When you arrive our therapist will talk with you & conduct a thorough assessment to understand your specific needs (not as much if you select deep tissue massage as your appointment) . This will be followed by a tailored treatment session designed to address your specific concerns & a treatment plan for long term results.
Yes, ample parking is available at the Mountain Gate Shopping Centre, making it convenient for you to visit our clinic.
We accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit/debit cards, and EFTPOS. For clients with private health insurance, we offer on-the-spot claims processing through HICAPS.
If you require payment through a 3rd party e.g NDIS or a Home Care package please call us so we can get everything set up before your appointment.
