Sports Physiotherapy & Injury Rehabilitation Facility in Albion

Breaking with tradition to help you do your personal best

Simply coming in for your weekly physio appointments doesn’t cut it for us. We’re here to play a more active role in your recovery and rehabilitation.

Why? Because with the right programs and support we know you should be able to not only recover, but to beat your previous personal best. We don’t believe in the mantra “you’ll never do that again”, instead, we believe that with the right physiotherapy, training and support, you CAN do it again - and not just do it, but do it better. That is our dream for you and that’s the goal we strive for.

Sports Physiotherapy & Injury Rehabilitation

Sporting injuries can be a frustrating setback and rehabilitation can bring it’s own challenges, both mental and physical. That’s why we aim to not only rehabilitate your injury, but get to the bottom of the WHY it happened. We use evidence-based assessment and treatment methods, supported by a large battery of athletic tests to ensure your program will not only rehabilitate you, but help to reduce the risk of further injury.

We strive to not only return you to your pre-injury levels, but to BEAT your pre-injury levels, and return a stronger, faster, and more robust person and athlete.

We are here to help you with you pre and post-surgery physiotherapy and rehabilitation needs. We work collaboratively with your sports physician, orthopaedic surgeon, parents, coaches, and strength and conditioning staff, throughout the rehabilitation process to achieve the best holistic recovery possible.
