When we hit a rough patch with our life and/or relationship, we find ourselves getting stuck and repeating the same unhelpful patterns that get us nowhere. According to neuroscience, as those (internal and external) pattern repeats, our brain becomes much more sensitive to and is much more likely to autopilot back to those negative patterns that make us not feel good about ourselves and our relationships.

Mindfulness-based Relational Therapy counters the negative auto-pilot by teaching you the skills you need to spark a long-lasting new experience. By slowing down, you learn to attune to your real wants & needs and become aware of your autopilot courses. With additional help around effective communication, you learn to express your needs to your loved ones in a way that encourages a positive response. With the creation of repeated positive experiences, our brain starts to shift to a new neurological connection which allows us to feel more fulfilled and connected.
