I went for an appointment at The Hearing Room this morning for an ear wax removal service and had a fantastic experience with Luke. He used a keyhole camera to inspect my ears, identified a large amount of wax in one of them and used an irrigation machine to clean it out.

Throughout my appointment, Luke was incredibly detailed in explaining each step, answering my questions and shared valuable information on how to look after your hearing and ears. It was clear that he is extremely passionate for hearing health and has a high level of care for people he treats.

For anyone with concerns relating to their hearing or ears, I highly recommend The Hearing Room, whether it is for ear wax removal or other hearing health services. Thank you, Luke, for today and sharing your expertise!
