  • Don’t begin your fitness journey on the wrong foot by external forces, yes a great coach is there to provide the blueprint. Although ultimately my job is to show you how to develop those innate qualities and drives you have within self to become greater

  • Do enjoy the process, enjoy the wins as well as the slip-ups, and understand that this is a LIFELONG PROCESS

  • Don’t jump into this without a thorough assessment to analyze your physical condition, strengths as well as limitations. Its important that we learn how to crawl, walk, jog, and then SPRINT our way to the finish line.

  • Do be flexible in your eating habits and lets work together to come up with solutions that are realistic and attainable
