OUR STORY
With over 20 years of experience and exploration during Andy’s chef life in Tokyo and 10 years of creation in Melbourne, Andy has established his unique sense of contemporary Japanese cuisine infusing traditional Japanese cooking skills with trend of modern dining, and his insistence on the old fashioned Japanese sense of precision of cooking.
