Active Health Physiotherapy provides you with evidence-based treatment tailored specifically to you and also your lifestyle.
You will be assessed by a HCPC & CSP registered Physiotherapist who will certainly listen to your needs and create a personalised plan for a fast recovery.
Treatment might include exercise rehabilitation, sports and deep tissue massage, acupuncture, taping, education and advice. We aim to motivate you to take an active function in your very own health, giving you the tools for long-lasting self-management and independence.
We also have specialist therapists available for massage just consultations for sporting activities, deep tissue, pregnancy, face as well as head massage.
