I'm a confidence life coach who helps business leaders overcome overthinking and procrastination so that they can have the income and freedom they desire. My belief is that we can put an end to fear or trauma, because I have done that with myself and other clients. I'm not saying I'm perfect, but I don't care what other people think. Once we stop worrying about failure or what others might think, you feel differently and the hesitation begins to disappear. I found that most of the therapy and life coaching was missing a key ingredient. Action! Without the right action, your career or business will not thrive.
