We are social beings, and we require some level of tolerance to get along with the individuals we come across. Anger, anxiety, and depression are common in our society and we can achieve better mental and emotional health when we take the right approach. The Colorado Counseling and Wellness Center, CCWC, is where you can get the right approach.
At CCWC, we ensure that you feel comfortable during our sessions. We work with your physician to ascertain your medication history and where your emotional and mental health should be. With your help, we recognize your strengths and work on them to improve your weaknesses. We use indoor and outdoor retreats, games, and discussion sessions, to help you reach your desired mental health and emotional control goals.
