Bill Ward, a Huntington Beach native turned 35+ year resident of Oahu's North Shore, brings a wealth of experience to his roles in sales and marketing. A former professional surfer, Bill's deep connection to Hawaii stems from his grandparents' love story originating on Oahu in the 1940s when his grandmother was an English teacher at Punahou and his grandfather who was a biologist, worked at C&H sugar. With a background spanning over 35 years in marketing and sales, he seamlessly transitioned from the surf industry to corporate sales which included Director of Marketing for a globally expanding stand-up paddle company. Bill uses his in-depth knowledge of the Oahu market to guide and offer clients comprehensive market insights, enabling them to make the best possible decision to meet their needs. Long time resident of Haleiwa, Bill has extensive knowledge of North Shore living.
