After finding the perfect Outer Sunset condo for us on Zillow, we had initially tried going with ShopProp but, as first time buyers, pretty quickly decided we needed a more hands-on approach. Connecting with Josh as a buyer's agent through Vivre Real Estate rapidly put us in a more comfortable and confident position. Josh was quick to follow up on all our questions and requests and walked us through the many important steps and considerations about the property and the transaction in a skilled and knowledgeable way. This was particularly important when developing our negotiation strategy. Josh walked us through the whole process, suggesting and explaining good bidding numbers as well as what documents to send in our offer. As expected, it was a nerve-racking process but, to our delight, our first offer was accepted and we really couldn't have done it without Josh's guidance.
