I practice Thai massage, prenatal massage, ashiatsu (barefoot deep tissue massage, as pictured), lymphatic drainage massage, and other bodywork modalities. I came to the practice of massage therapy in 2019 after many years of teaching yoga in the Knoxville area. I’d love to help you feel better in your body, shed stress, and move more freely.
