I’m Arwen, Reiki Therapist and Master Teacher, Yin Yoga Teacher, Neurofeedback Trainer, Holistic Health Coach, Sidereal Astrologer and founder of Evenstar Wellbeing.
I help people with problems ranging from chronic pain, anxiety and stress, overwhelming fatigue, addictive behaviours, negative habits, approaches to food and weight management, grief, fertility and hormonal issues, and toxicity of any kind.
My mission is to help as many people as possible regain energy and balance – for holistic health – through teaching, healing, training and coaching.
