Michael Familetti is a 1984 graduate of Vermont Law School, and is admitted to practice in Georgia, and all Federal Districts. He has been published on bankruptcy topics, and can handle a wide variety of legal matters, including Chapter 7 , 11 and 13 bankruptcy, He also handles state court lawsuits, lease and lien matters. Personal injury cases are also accepted on a case-by-case basis. Mr. Familetti has been counsel in several cases resulting in million dollar recoveries.
