For over 25 years, owner Dan Ober’s roots have run deep in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. After attending the University of Delaware, he invested the next 15 years of his life starting and managing over 7 successful businesses in several industries including real estate, real estate development, construction, facility maintenance, and consulting just to name a few.
