Florida Premium Beef is a family-owned farm that takes immense pride in providing the highest quality, grass fed and grass finished, premium beef. The owners, Kyle and Dawson Smith, were inspired to start this venture to combat the scarce availability of quality beef locally.
Kyle and Dawson maintain deep relationships with other local producers and processors, that adhere to their same grass fed and grass finished program, enabling them to maintain high standards of quality from start to finish. They believe that a healthy, premium craft beef should be readily available to the public and it's their mission to provide.
