Originally opened in 1854, this Grade II listed building was formerly known as the Low Level Train Station in Wolverhampton. It was jointly built by the Oxford, Worcester and Wolverhampton (OWWR) and Great Western Railway (GWR), on their route from London Paddington to Birkenhead via Birmingham Snow Hill.
