Our team boasts extensive expertise in lithium-ion and lifepo4 battery packs and assemblies. We collaborate closely with our clients from the initial design concept through prototyping and testing to large-scale manufacturing at our facilities in China, ensuring every project's success.
Most custom lithium battery packs require a Battery Management System (BMS) to manage and maintain each cell, enhance battery utilization through balancing, prevent overcharging and overdischarging, prolong battery life, display a charge status (fuel gauge), and even incorporate a module to record the battery's history.
