I am a former celebrity personal trainer (CPT) and nutritionist (CNC) to cast members from The Real Housewives of NJ, Mob Wives, Jerseylicious, Swamp People and The NFL. A former pro athlete and the author of Perfectly Imperfect, where I discuss eating disorders which I personally recovered from.
