Jon Loyhayem is an accomplished entrepreneur, author, and financial expert whose career began at the age of 19 in the financial services industry. By 21, he had already achieved a managerial role, and by 26, he became a senior manager. His leadership and innovation played a crucial role in expanding his company's operations, establishing new offices across Arizona, Michigan, and Southern California.
In December 2020, Jon founded ALEVO Financial & Insurance Agency, where he serves as Founder & CEO. Under his visionary leadership, ALEVO has seen remarkable growth, doubling in size and volume each year. Jon's journey is marked not only by his business success but also by his achievements as a blackbelt karate instructor, having taught high school and college students before transitioning to financial services.
