We are an independent gym located in Kidlington, Oxfordshire, we're proud to create the right environment for our members to reach & maintain their desired level of fitness or strength. People become a member of our gym because of the range of modern equipment and the space available to train, choose the Cardio Suite, Sterling Plate Loaded room, Free Weights selection or Rogue Crossfit Rig as part of your training schedule to help you reach your goals or maintain your shape.
