I support managers and private individuals who are currently struggling with an extremely stressful situation and see no way out. It can be anything – conflicts with other people, personal issues, fears or insecurities as a leader, ongoing stress, shyness or insecurity, test anxiety, fear of heights, fear of flying, stage fright, sadness or shame.
I am a sensitive coach using methods from Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) and Logosynthesis, and I also bring my own experience from 15 years of leadership positions to the table. My goal is to help my clients to reduce negative stress and improve their quality of life.
