Enjoying movement and feeling supple and painless makes for a happy horse and ride. Unfortunately, we can't always know how they think, but we can assume that life's pressure will cause tweaks, soreness, and sometimes illness, just like for us. The goal is to find a way to minimize a horse's discomfort, alleviate soreness, soften stress points, aid in prevention, and optimize performance. As a lifelong equestrian and caregiver, I have seen firsthand how hard it is to keep horses happy, supple, and functioning at their best. There are challenges around every corner. Along my journey, I have found that there are diverse ways to manage these challenges; good nutrition, massage, chiropractic, acupuncture, PEMF, craniosacral, light therapy, and homeopathy are great ways to support optimal health and can significantly improve your horse's chances for balance along with proper fitness and your fabulous veterinarian.
