Hello, I'm Sally and I'm a Clinical Hypnotherapist based in Brighton, East Sussex. I've been practicing Rapid Transformation Therapist (RTT) since 2017 but what you might not know is, I truly, deeply understand the pain you're in, and I want you to know, I've been there. But through this powerful work, I've transformed a number of things in my life including menopause, anxiety, insomnia, disordered eating, relationship issues, money blocks and more. With hundreds of clients in Brighton, Hove , Shoreham and other parts of Sussex and the South East, I've discovered that change occurs when we feel seen, understood and connected. And so that's my job. For every client I take on, I'm fully invested in connecting with you and seeing you deeply. I combine the skills I've honed over the years with my ability to be super empathic to bring you a powerful session which will transform your life.
