Somatic Spiritual Counseling is a collective of body- and mindfulness-based therapists and coaches who embrace holistic health.​We want to help you find empowerment, flow, authenticity, and the ability to live life in the moment.​We believe that through developing a relationship with the body and the natural world, we can learn to experience and digest blocks to living as fully as possible and offering our gifts to the world.​We are students of the nervous system, Buddhism, yoga, Somatic Experiencing, mindfulness meditation, plant medicine, Chinese medicine, energy work, shamanism, Gestalt therapy, Freudian theory, Internal Family Systems, and more.
