Our rep was right on time, super helpful, and had everything sorted out. The crew went above and beyond, doing an awesome job that left me totally happy. They packed everything up really carefully, even our fancy glassware. The person in charge was fair and easy to deal with. We were kinda worried about finding a good moving company that could handle our big stuff like the grand piano and huge grill. But, these guys made it look easy! They came prepared with the right wrapping for everything. Plus, they were super nice and even helped us with our bags and loading up the car. Even though one box went missing for a bit, they quickly found it and got it to our new place. I definitely made the right call picking them!

So, I only had a 3-hour slot with the building elevator, but I let the crew know, and they were super cool about it, hustling to load everything onto the truck in just 2 hours.
