So, I only had a 3-hour slot with the building elevator, but I let the crew know, and they were super cool about it, hustling to load everything onto the truck in just 2 hours. But, because things were moving so fast, my mattress ended up getting a little banged up. Luckily, the insurance quickly stepped in to fix the damage.
